Product Description Machine PictureMachine Introduction This series of slotting machines is designed for slotting various planes, formed surfaces (including curved surfaces), and keyways on workpieces, as well as machining molds with inclination angles within 0-10°. It is suitable for individual or small-batch production.The machine's worktable features three-directional feed movements (longitudinal, transverse, and rotary), enabling multi-surface machining without repositioning the workpiece.The main cutting motion adopts hydraulic drive with a safety valve overload protection system in the drive system, ensuring safe operation during overloading conditions.As heavy-duty slotting machines, this series achieves independent X, Y, and Z-axis feeds (longitudinal, transverse, and rotary), capable of machining various curved surfaces and equal/unequal division keyways.Both transverse and longitudinal feeds employ silent-type precision linear guides, providing higher rated load capacity and maintaining high-precision linear motion under heavy loads compared to conventional machines.The overall load-bearing capacity has been enhanced, enabling the machine to withstand intermittent cutting and heavy-duty cutting impacts while improving rigidity and load performance.The hydraulic system incorporates a safety valve for overload protection, activating during overloading to ensure operational safety.The reliable hydraulic automatic tool lifting mechanism reduces tool wear and extends tool life. The hydraulic automatic clamping device secures the tool holder via oil cylinder pressure, eliminating tool deflection during machining to improve workpiece surface finish and accuracy.The ram tilt angle is adjustable within 0-10°. The hydraulic-driven main cutting motion features safety valve overload protection that activates under excessive loads, ensuring safe production. The durable hydraulic automatic tool lifting minimizes tool wear, while the hydraulic clamping mechanism prevents tool holder displacement through oil cylinder pressure.
