Product DescriptionVenturi steam pipelineThe desuperheating atomization system adopts the Venturi tube, which is the most widely used and most frequently used in China, in combination with various nozzles to meet the requirements of various complex working conditions. This system features low noise, no transmission components, durability and no jamming. Its characteristics are as follows:1.The Venturi tube design takes into account that when the steam load is low, the steam flow rate slows down. No matter what kind of nozzle is used, the atomization effect is not ideal, and the steam carries water. Therefore, our company adopts Venturi tube auxiliary atomization, which greatly increases the flow rate of steam, ensuring that the desuperheating water and steam can be fully atomized. The desuperheating effect is excellent under various complex working conditions.2. A protective inner lining is added inside the mixing tube to prevent thermal shock, protect the outer tube and extend the service life of the equipment. If no protective pipe is added, the steam will come into direct contact with the inner wall of the pipe. The temperature and pressure inside and outside the steam pipe will differ greatly. Under the alternating cold and hot conditions, it is easy to cause metal fatigue, form network cracks, and even cause the outer pipe to bulge, resulting in safety accidents. The protective liner is designed and installed in the mixed pipe section. The protective liner is a non-pressure-bearing component and has been fully preheated. The temperature and pressure inside and outside are balanced. When the desuperheating system malfunctions, it greatly reduces the impact of desuperheating water spraying on the protective liner and avoids accidents.3. According to the working conditions, the insertable multi-nozzle assembly (see the figure below for details) is selected for design, which ensures stable and reliable atomization and facilitates the disassembly, assembly and maintenance of the nozzles.SpecificationThe unique design generates high velocity and turbulence to mix cooling fluid and steam,achieving ultrasonic atomization for effective desuperheating.Cooling water enters a preheating chamber surrounding the internal Venturi tube and is injected through small holes, facilitating final atomization by superheated steam passing through the throat.
