It dehydrates high-moisture residue (usually with a moisture content of 60%-85%) to a low-moisture state (generally below 10%-15% moisture content) through specific drying processes, making it easy to store, transport, or reuse. The equipment is usually composed of a feeding system, drying host, heat source system, dehumidification system, and discharge system, and can adjust the processing capacity and drying parameters according to the characteristics of the residue.Working PrincipleThe core of the fruit residue dryer is to realize water evaporation through heat transfer:1. The heat source (such as coal, gas, electricity, biomass, etc.) provides heat, creating a high-temperature environment in the drying chamber;2. The residue enters the drying chamber through the conveying device and fully contacts with the high-temperature medium under the drive of stirring, turning, or air flow;3. The moisture in the residue vaporizes after absorbing heat, and the formed humid air is discharged through the dehumidification system;4.
