Water-water coolerThe water-water cooler completes the cooling of heating components such as the rectifying bridge, flat-wave reactor, inverter bridge, and resonance tank circuit, and is designed with water temperature indication and protection. Pyrometer is used for temperature control, with features of fast speed, accurate temperature control and flexible combination, etc. Measures for high efficiency and energy savingInverter adopts 450A/1200V high-power IGBT module to form series inverter circuit.The IGBT medium frequency annealing power supply adopts split type independent design of rectifier and inverter, i.e., the high-power rectifier is used to connect the inverter annealing power supply through the DC bus, and the power of each set of inverter annealing power supply can be independently adjustable.
