Product DescriptionHigh-end three-layer single-door vacuum oven (can be customized according to customer's technical parameters)Vacuum ovens are ideal for removing residual moisture, solvents, or other volatile compounds from heat-sensitive products. Essentially, they work by reducing the pressure within the oven (creating a vacuum) to remove unwanted molecules. When the oven pressure reaches the desired vapor pressure of the contaminants, these molecules evaporate, turning into vapor and being removed from all areas of the product. This drying process eliminates the need for excessive heat. High-temperature vacuum ovens are typically used for heat-sensitive and vulnerable products. These ovens are widely used in the lithium battery, semiconductor, microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), and electronics industries.High vacuum oven is used for dehydration and baking of lithium battery cells and electrodes. Compared with conventional ovens, it has the advantages of stable performance, high vacuum degree, short baking time, good dehydration and drying effect, and good pressure retention. It is combined with a special high vacuum unit and a cooling system to form an independent baking unit, replacing conventional ovens.Machine Features1. When cooling, the heating tubes are turned off, allowing air circulation to remove heat from the chamber, accelerating the cooling process.6. Six-fold Safety Protection: Ensure operational safety and product reliability.7. Automated Program Control: PLC program controls heating, vacuuming, and nitrogen injection, with switchable manual/automatic operation and automated timed heating. Simply set the heating time, vacuum time, and nitrogen time, and the program automatically completes the baking and ventilation process.Safety Protection1.
