It is widely used in industrial fields. Product DescriptionThe dryers used in air compressors mainly fall into three types: refrigeration type dryers, adsorption type dryers, and membrane separation type dryers. Each of these has a different working principle.? Refrigeration type dryer: It uses a refrigeration system to cool the compressed air to near the freezing point, causing the water vapor in the air to condense into liquid water, which is then discharged through the drainage system. The air after condensation and dehumidification is then heated to an appropriate temperature to maintain its stability during transportation and use. The dew point temperature of this type of dryer is usually between 2oC and 10oC, suitable for situations with low requirements for dew point.? Adsorption type dryer: It uses adsorbents (such as molecular sieves, activated alumina, etc.) with strong affinity for moisture. When the compressed air flows through a container with the adsorbent, the moisture is adsorbed by the adsorbent, achieving air drying.
