Light weight, smooth finish, reasonable structure, good conductivity, corrosion resistance strong.Aluminum alloy plates evaporator direct contact products by tow of hydraulic system, and between plates have a certain pressed force.The equipment can be operated at room temperature. And it can be maximum reduce the weight loss for food to preserve the freshness of food.The insulated cabinet is high strength frame structure which filled PU foamed to ensure non-deformation under high pressure. Both inside and outside are made of stainless steel SUS304 which is thickness of 0.8mm. The top plate is connected to the oil cylinder by tow frame. Liquid supply pipe and suction pipe which are made of stainless steel SS304 mental hose are connected to the total pipeline. Joint gasket seals are used PTFE.The hydraulic plate freezer system divided into two parts, cylinder and hydraulic station. After grinding process and hard chrome-plated piston rod surface treatment, cylinders have long service life and no leakage.
