Therefore, the production cost can be further saved.2) Furnace gallbladder is made of special high temperature resistant quasi-size boiler steel. Its service life can reach 8 years.3) The equipment is equipped with infrared anti-blockage warning and dredging device, which can detect pipeline blockage early warning and automatically solve the blockage problem in the production process, so as to ensure that the main furnace will not have safety problems due to pipeline blockage in the production process.4) The slag discharging system adopts a two-step structure, and the slag discharging time is controlled at about 30 minutes. Slag discharges quickly and cleanly.5) A new type of waste gas purification system is adopted to make the gas discharged after purification meet the relevant national emission standards.6) Redundant combustible gases are dehydrated, desulphurized and impurities removed by the purification system, then compressed by a special gas compressor and stored in a storage tank.
