Product Description KOI POND FILTRATION SYSTEMAll intelligent box type microfilter is made of non-toxic and corrosion-resistant food grade PP material. It is mainly composed of box assembly, drum assembly,reverse cleaning system, electric control box system and transmission system. The water flow is less than or equal to 10m3/h. The equipment uses food grade environmental protection 316 stainless steel filter as the medium to remove suspended solids, suspended solids in water (≥50 μm) separation. When the water containing suspended particles enters the drum through the inlet, the suspended particles are intercepted by the filter screen, and the water filtered by the filter screen flows into the next treatment process or pool through the outlet. The equipment adopts automatic liquid level control, and a water level position control point is set in the box body. In the process of operation, when the suspended matter in the drum accumulates to a certain amount, it will cause the decrease of the water permeable through the filter screen, resulting in the rise of the water level of the box outside the drum. The microfilter should be placed in a stable place; 2. When the sewage outlet of the collection tank is connected to the sewage pipe, there should be a certain high level difference to ensure that the cleaned dirt can be discharged in time; 4. After the box outlet is connected with the pipe, there should be a certain high level difference to ensure that the filtered water has a certain velocity in the pipe; 5. Check whether the inlet of the cleaning pump is soaked in water to ensure that the pump can absorb water and avoid idling without water; 6. Capacitor connection: the motor has three black, white and red output power lines (black is the zero line), and the capacitor has two black output lines. Connect the two black power lines of the capacitor to the red and white lines of the motor (optional exchange), and then connect the external zero line to the black line of the motor, and connect the live line to one of the red or white lines of the motor (under normal circumstances, it is connected to the white line). 7. Rotation direction of the drum: when facing the water outlet of the micro-filter, namely the installation of the motor and gear panel, the rotation direction of the drum should be clockwise. If it is found that the roller direction is counterclockwise after connecting to the test machine, please switch the red or white wires connected to the motor in (Step 6) to adjust the steering of the motor.Operation instructions1.Press the emergency stop switch when emergency stop is needed; 2. When the automatic/manual switch is turned to manual, the backwash pump and drum are in manual operation. When the cleaning pump and drum need to start, respectively press the drum motor start switch and cleaning pump start switch, drum motor and cleaning pump for operation; When the machine needs to stop, press the drum stop button and the cleaning pump stop button respectively, and the reverse cleaning pump and the drum motor will stop running. 3. When the automatic/stop/manual switch is turned to automatic, the backcleaning pump and drum motor are automatically controlled by the water level float ball switch. The working logic is that, when the water level reaches the position of the water level probe, the water level probe will be triggered, the roller and the cleaning pump will be opened, and the micro-filter will backwash. The backwash will last for the time set by the relay. When the time reaches, the water level will stop and drop. Then repeat the process in turn. Need to stop, switch back to the middle stop gear, water pump and drum motor stop running; 4. When the water level in the box is 5-10 CM higher than the inlet of the pump, try to run the reverse cleaning pump, check whether the rotating direction of the impeller of the pump motor is consistent with the direction indicated by the pump body, and check the impeller of the motor to ensure clockwise rotation. The water level floating ball in the box can be adjusted according to the actual running water level (the water level floating ball should reserve a certain length of line to adjust the upper and lower positions). Adjustment method: loosen the nut, take out the card to the card slot for fixing.Matters needing attentionThe device should be used indoors at -5°C to 40°C, and avoid exposure, rain, cold and icing.1. the pump is strictly prohibited to idling in no water state; 2. before replacing the valve state, stop the pump; 3. Check the working condition of the nozzle regularly. If it does not spray water, it should be removed and checked in time to see whether it is blocked, clear up debris in the hole in time or replace the new nozzle; 4. during the operation of the system to prevent overflow or wet electrical equipment, in this case, immedi ately power off and stop, until the fault is removed before restarting the equipment; 5. When the water pump is running, do not disassemble the water pump connecting the pipeline. Do not allow the pump to idle without water.
