A longitudinal groove or ridge on the surface of a guide rail, used for guiding and fixing machine components, specialized equipment, instruments, etc. Guideway, also known as slide rail, linear guide rail, or linear slide rail, is used in linear reciprocating motion scenarios. It has a higher rated load than linear bearings and can bear a certain amount of torque, achieving high-precision linear motion under high load conditions.The guiding device in the electromechanical integration system generally refers to a guide rail, which is composed of moving parts and supporting parts. During the operation of various machinery, the correct motion trajectory of the actuator is ensured by the guide rail pair. And the guide rail also affects the motion characteristics of the actuator.As a guiding device, the guide rail should have the following performance:(1) Guidance accuracy mainly guides the accuracy of track motion trajectory. Wear resistance is related to factors such as the material of the guide rail, the friction properties of the guide rail pair, the pressure on the guide rail, and its distribution pattern.(3) Stiffness includes the stiffness of the guide rail itself and the contact stiffness. It mainly depends on factors such as the shape and size of the guide rail, the connection method of the supporting components, and the stress condition.(4) Low speed motion stability: When the moving guide rail undergoes low-speed motion or slight displacement, it is prone to frictional self-excited vibration, namely crawling phenomenon. Crawling can reduce positioning accuracy or increase the roughness of the surface of the workpiece being processed.Lubrication and protection of guide rails1) The function of guide rail lubricant(1) Make the guide rail work as close as possible to the liquid friction state to reduce friction resistance, reduce driving power, and improve efficiency.(2) Reduce rail wear and prevent rail corrosion.
