As gas enters the cyclone pipes, a powerful spinning motion is initiated, propelling liquid droplets against the pipe walls through intense centrifugal forces.These coalesced liquids are efficiently expelled from the cyclone pipes through strategically placed slots in the pipe wall, subsequently entering a separation chamber. From here, the collected liquid seamlessly drains into the vessel sump via dedicated downpipes. The innovative DynaSpinTM Centrifugal Mist Eliminator delivers exceptional capacity per unit vessel diameter, surpassing the capabilities of a DynaMeshTM or DynaVaneTMunit, all while maintaining droplet removal efficiency comparable to a perfectly dimensioned DynaVaneTM unit.To elevate removal efficiency to its peak, the DynaSpinTM can be seamlessly integrated with a DynaMeshTM or DynaVaneTM- mist eliminator, which functions as a coalescer to create larger droplet particles, subsequently eradicated by the DynaSpinTM Centrifugal Mist Eliminator.
