Product Description AZBIL AUD15C1000 Flame Detector High Performance UV Sensor Special Socket For Photocell UnitProduct DescriptionSummary:The high-performance UV sensor AUD100 series is a special socket installed in the AUD15 photocell unit for intermittent operation to monitor the flame combustion of oil and gas burners. Depending on the wiring or installation conditions, you can choose from two types: the lead wire type AUD100C and the terminal block type AUD110C. Specialty ·Excellent environmental resistance - Ambient temperature: 120oC - IP65 protected construction ·The maximum wiring distance is 200m.Precautions:(1) The flame detector plays an important role in monitoring the safety of the burner flame. Please read the instruction manual carefully and use it correctly.(2) Do not install in the following places: · Locations where special chemicals or vapors are present (ammonia, sulfur, chlorine, vinyl compounds, acids, and other corrosive gases) · Locations subject to prolonged vibration(3) Take appropriate measures when using it in an ultraviolet source and environment other than flames. Also, do not use this unit to detect ultraviolet rays other than the burner. (4) Be sure to turn off the power supply before wiring. If you accidentally touch other terminals, it will not only cause damageor malfunction of the machine, but also may cause electric shock. (5) The flame detector has polarities, so please wire correctlyaccording to the terminals (F terminal, G terminal) marked on the product. When wiring with the included cable, connect the bluelead to the F terminal sub, the white wire is connected to the G terminal. (6) When transporting and storing the machine, pleaseuse the special packing box. (7) The signal cable of the flame detector should not be placed in the same piping with multiplesignal cables or power cables, but must be routed separately. (8) Please connect the high-voltage cables of the ignitiontransformer securely to avoid poor contact. Poor contact will generate high-frequency electromagnetic waves, interfere with radiocommunications, generate noise, and cause Malfunction. Also, mount the ignition transformer directly to the metal that iselectrically wired to the case. (9) The AUD15 photocell unit is made of glass tube and cannot withstand vibration or impact. Inparticular, when transporting the combustion device, be sure to pack it in a special box before transport.
