The double-layer mechanical stage, featuring a spacious surface and an optimized safety sliding bracket, ensures a secure and enhanced slide presentation experience.A convenient handle enhances portability, allowing users to easily transport this robust and reliable microscope wherever needed.Quality Assurance: Renowned by global manufacturers, educators, researchers, and clinical professionals, our microscope stands as a testament to reliability and excellence in microscopy.ModelSW350BHead360° rotatable binocular SiedentopfInclination30°EyepiecesWide-field 10X and 25X pairsInterpupillary distance48-75mmDiopter adjustmentOn left tube, +/-5dpNosepieceQuadruple revolvingObjectivesAchromatic4X, NA 0.1, working distance 37.5mm10X, NA 0.25, working distance 7.35mm40X(Spring), NA 0.65, working distance 0.29mm100X (Spring, Oil), NA 1.25, working distance 0.18mmMagnifications40X, 100X, 250X, 400X, 1000X and 2500XStageDouble-layered mechanical stage with slide holderStage size130mmx130mmStage X-Y range70mmx30mmUpper limit stopRack stop preset but adjustableCondenserNA 1.25 with iris diaphragm, swing-in and swing-out filter holderFocusingCoaxial coarse and fine focusing systemIlluminationBuilt-in 1W LED transmitted illumination with intensity controlPower110-240V AC adapter (included)Assembly and Set-UpBegin your microscopy journey by carefully removing the microscope from its packaging and placing it securely on a stable, flat surface. Detach the protective plastic covers from the eyepiece holders located on the microscope's head, and proceed to insert the eyepieces into their respective holders. For further customization, consider inserting the eyepiece adapter into the trinocular camera port atop the microscope. This allows you to either add a third eyepiece or mount an eyepiece camera (not included) for enhanced functionality. Locate the power adapter, connect it to the microscope, plug it in, and activate the device by pressing the power button situated at the back of the base. Using the MicroscopeActivate the microscope and adjust the illumination intensity control wheel to set the lamp to its lowest brightness setting, preparing for optimal observation. Secure a slide into the slide holder positioned on the stage to begin examination. Utilize the X-Y translational control knobs located on the right side of the stage to maneuver the stage front to back or slide holder left to right, centering the specimen over the bulb with precision. Adjust the binocular eyepieces, moving them closer or further apart until a single, cohesive image appears when viewed through them. Fine-tune the bulb's brightness to a comfortable level using the dimmer wheel, tailoring the lighting to your specific needs. Start your examination with the lowest power objective lens, the 4X objective, perfectly centered over the stage to lay the groundwork for focused observation. Peer through the eyepieces and gradually turn the larger coarse adjustment focus knob to bring the stage closer to the objective, achieving an initial focus on your specimen. Once the image appears, switch to the blue fine adjustment focus knob to refine clarity or explore the intricate layers of your specimen with enhanced precision. Enhance image clarity further by utilizing the diopter adjustment control on the eyepiece holder, ensuring a crisp view of your specimen. To explore different sections of the slide, use the X-Y translational control knobs to reposition the slide holder once the specimen is sharply focused. Elevate your viewing by rotating the nosepiece clockwise to a higher magnification objective. Carefully avoid contact with the slide to prevent potential damage to the slide or objectives. If transitioning to a new objective is obstructed by the slide, adjust the coarse focus knob to lower the stage, creating necessary space for smooth magnification changes. Refine image resolution by adjusting the focusing ring on the iris aperture diaphragm, tailoring the image to your desired sharpness. Manually adjust the condenser by rotating the metal knob, bringing it closer to or further from the stage for optimal image clarity. Maximize the potential of the 100X objective by employing the included immersion oil, delivering superior results in high-magnification observations. Gently rotate the nosepiece until the 100X objective is poised close to, but not quite touching, the specimen slide. This ensures precise alignment for a seamless transition. Carefully dispense a drop of the provided immersion oil onto the cover slip, setting the stage for enhanced optical clarity. Gracefully rotate the 100X objective into its rightful position, allowing it to gently contact the immersion oil and optimize viewing precision. Finely adjust the focus control until the intricate details of your specimen are revealed in crisp, clear resolution. (Note: Promptly after usage, delicately cleanse the oil from both the objective lens and cover slip using lens paper moistened with a trace of ethyl or isopropyl alcohol. Remember, immersion oil is exclusively for use with the 100X objective and not suitable for the 4X, 10X, or 40X lenses.) Discover the ease of use with our innovative swing-in and swing-out filter holder, conveniently positioned at the lower section of the Abbe condenser. Swing out the filter holder with care and place a pristine 32mm diameter filter inside, ensuring it's free from dust, dirt, and fingerprints to maintain optimal optical performance.Warranty information and customer supportOur microscopes are meticulously crafted to uphold ISO 9001 standards, ensuring unparalleled quality and reliability.
