Thoroughly clean the upper mold sleeve before use, thoroughly clean each accessory before assembly, and add lubricant inside and outside;2. When installing the large-position punch, adjust the direction, slide into the guide bushing, and lock the lifting bolt after the position is determined. It must be locked with special disassembly tooling.Tool installed into the turret1. Clean the inner wall of the turret hole and the keyway and clear the oil;2. Adjust the keyway of the upper mold guide sleeve to match the key of the turret hole;3. Insert the upper mold guide sleeve vertically into the turret hole. Be careful not to have any inclination. The upper mold guide sleeve slides into the turret hole by its own weight;4. If the upper mold guide sleeve is tilted to one side, use a soft material tool such as a nylon hammer to gently tap it, and repeat the tap until the upper mold guide sleeve slides into the correct position by its own weight.Note: Do not apply force to the outer diameter of the upper guide bushing. Only tap the top of the striker to avoid damage to the turret hole.Tool maintenance1. Please always check the performance of the spring. Excessive use of the spring will make the spring fatigue and replace it in real time.2. Disassemble the mold every month, remove the dirt from the punch, guide sleeve and lower mold with steam (chai) oil, wipe the oil and assemble it, so that the mold can have good lubrication performance.
