Using the microscope Interpupillary adjustmentAdjust the eyepiece tubes until you perceive a single circular field through both eyepieces, ensuring a seamless and cohesive viewing experience. If two distinct circles are visible, the interpupillary distance is excessive. Adjust accordingly; if overlapping circles appear, the distance is insufficient, indicating the need for further adjustment for perfect alignment.
