This product is not suitable for the cultivation of anaerobic bacteria and mycobacteria.2. If there are microbial inhibitors in the sample, there is a possibility of missed detection.3. Some rare fastidious microorganisms may be difficult to grow in culture bottles. If there is any doubt, other culture methods should be used.4. Pneumococcus is prone to autolysis if not transferred immediately after being reported positive.5. A rare phenomenon may occur where bacteria grow in the culture bottle but fail to report a positive result because the concentration of CO2 produced is not high enough.6. When using resin aerobic culture bottles, if the sample contains antibiotics, bacteria may occasionally grow in the culture bottle but fail to report positive. In this case, culture medium can be used for subculture.7.
