Through calibration processing, the fuel level height value is converted into an oil quantity value, which is sent to the system platform through GPS. The oil quantity data is then transmitted to the backend supervision system to achieve real-time monitoring of vehicle fuel consumption.At present, the product is mainly used in the field of vehicle networking, to monitor the changes in fuel tank oil level in real-time to achieve fuel detection. It can be used to prevent fuel theft, optimize operating costs, optimize driver driving behavior, assist in statistical decision-making, and so on.At the same time, this product can also be used in fields with liquid level detection requirements such as chemical engineering, water conservancy, and storage tanks.Working PrincipleThrough an ultrasonic transducer, ultrasonic waves are emitted and propagate downwards, reflecting back when encountering the liquid level of a container or oil tank. Reflected on the surface of the liquid level, the reflected echo is received by the transducer and converted into an electrical signal.
