The transmission oil pan keeps your transmission fluid safe and reliable. OIl pan leaking inspection workshopOil pan leaking test,it was a necessary inspection process for the oil pan production .Below was how we carry out the inspection according to the WI work instruction.1.Under the air gas by 1.5 Bar2.30 second under the water 3.Without boble was coming out of the pan area4.All pan was seal by pad ,it was simulation by the install oil pan on engine Drawing or print built according to customer sample Project management :when we get the engine oil pan from the customer ,the first thing to do was the 3D of the oil pan creating ,to build the drawing for the mold and tooling ,fixtureProducts Management follows the APQP engine oil sump development process as part of our standard engineering/product development procedure.
