Raw material preparation & BatchingBased on the fertilizer formula, raw materials such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium sources are selected and precisely measured using a batching system .2. CrusherThe crusher can crush dry and wet materials. It is made of stainless steel and has strong corrosion resistance, or can be made of carbon steel for normal use.3. MixerMake the material mix quickly and evenly, and reduce the material residue rate.4. Rotary granulatorThe mixed powder enters a rotary drum granulator, where a liquid binder (water or steam) is sprayed to promote adhesion. The drum's rotation causes the particles to agglomerate and grow into granules.6. DryerWet granules are transferred to a rotary dryer to reduce moisture content.6. CoolerDried pellets are cooled to room temperature in a rotary cooler to prevent caking.7. Screening & RecyclingCooled granules are classified using vibrating screens.
