Product Description Product DescriptionGFI HVAC Foam Rubber Insulation Sheets is a flexible and durable insulation solution made from high-quality NBR/PVC (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber and Polyvinyl Chloride). It is specifically designed to deliver outstanding thermal insulation for pipes and ductwork in HVAC systems.Ideal for both hot and cold water lines, air conditioning systems, and refrigeration applications, this insulation tube helps maintain consistent temperatures within the system, significantly reducing energy loss and enhancing operational efficiency.Manufactured using a specialized foaming process, GFI HVAC Rubber Insulation Sheets feature a fully closed-cell structure. This design provides superior thermal insulation performance, excellent moisture resistance, and long-lasting durability-even in high-humidity or high-temperature environments.GFI HVAC offers a wide range of rubber foam insulation products with various materials, surface finishes, and color options. Designed to adapt flexibly to diverse customer requirements, our insulation solutions ensure excellent performance while meeting aesthetic and functional needs across different projects.Key Features:Made from premium NBR/PVC materialClosed-cell foam structure for superior insulationExcellent resistance to moisture, heat, and UVFlexible and easy to install around pipes and fittingsAvailable in various wall thicknesses and inner diametersApplications:Widely used in HVAC systems (copper pipe, ductwork insulation), refrigeration pipelines, chilled water piping, and industrial fluid transport systems.Product ParametersPerformance ItemsTechnical ParameterApparent Density (Kg/m3)40-80Thermal Conductivity W/(m·k)≤ 0.030 at -20oC; ≤ 0.032 at 0oC; ≤ 0.037 at 40oCWater Vapor Permeability (g/(m·s·Pa))≤ 1.96×1011Moisture Resistance Factor (μ)≥ 10000Vacuum Water Absorption Rate (%)≤ 8Combustion PerformanceClass B1 (B-s2, d0, t1)Toxicity of Smoke from CombustionZA3 Safety LevelDimensional Stability (%)(105oC ± 3oC, 7 days) ≤ 10Compression Set (%)(50% compression, 72h) ≥ 70Aging Resistance (150h)Slight wrinkling, no cracks, no pinholes, no deformationOperating Temperature Range (oC)-50 to 110 InstallationNo.Installation GuidelineDescription1Seal Seams and JointsUse adhesive to ensure airtight bonding at all seams and joints.2Insulate FittingsAfter pipe installation, insulate all tees, elbows, valves, and flanges to the specified thickness.3Avoid Excessive PressureGently compress interfaces when applying adhesive for a proper seal. Avoid applying too much pressure.4Installation OrderInstall in the following sequence: large pipes → small pipes → elbows and tees → straight sections → valves and flanges.5Bonding at GapsFor chilled water or refrigeration systems, fill and bond any gaps between rubber tubes and metal pipes. Bonding width must be ≥ insulation thickness.6Seam PositioningPosition seams in inconspicuous areas. Stagger adjacent seams to prevent thermal bridging.7System OperationDo not install insulation while the system is running. Wait at least 36 hours after installation before starting the system.8Large Tube CuttingFor oval-shaped large tubes, cut along the flatter side to ensure easier and more accurate installation.Company ProfileSince 2011, GFI HVAC has been dedicated to the HVAC industry, beginning with galvanized duct (GI duct) and pre-insulated duct manufacturing.
