Product Description  Product DescriptionIntroductionTrilostane is an inhibitor of 3 beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase used in the treatment of Cushing's syndrome. It was withdrawn from the United States market in April 1994. It is a synthetic enzyme inhibiting drug that is used to treat Cushing's disease in dogs and cats. Trilostane decreases the production of excessive cortisol hormone by the adrenal gland.
