There is a flexible main axis on the top of drum, and a damping floating bearing at its bottom. With the linked buffering device, the main axis is connected with the passive wheel. Through the conveyor and the fastening wheel, motor provides power for the passive wheel, so the drum rotates around itself axis by high speed, and form strong centrifuge force field. Materials are launched from the bottom feeding inlet, by the centrifugal force, liquid flows upward along the drum wall, and is separated to layers because their different density.Based on the principle of centrifugal sedimentation, the bacterial tubular centrifuge uses a high-speed rotating drum to generate a strong centrifugal force field. When the suspension containing bacteria enters the high-speed rotating drum, due to the density difference between the bacteria and the suspension medium, under the action of centrifugal force, the bacteria will move toward the drum wall, while the suspension medium will move closer to the center of the drum.
