Product Description Product Introduction The residual oil blended in the catalytic cracking process contains a large amount of metals (such as Ni, V, Na, Fe, etc.), which continuously deposit on the FCC catalyst, leading to catalyst metal poisoning, reduced activity and light oil selectivity, resulting in an increase in product H2, low-carbon gas, and coke, and a decrease in gasoline yield. Among them, nickel and vanadium have the most significant metal poisoning.Passivation agents are all water-soluble liquids, and the main components of passivation agents are composed of highly stable compounds, which give them high stability, high decomposition temperature, and uniform distribution on the catalyst. The particles of Sb2O3 and La2O3 formed after the decomposition of passivating agents are small and have a large specific surface area, which increases the probability of contact between passivating agents and toxic metals, achieving the goal of efficient capture of toxic metals. Various types of passivators have the following characteristics:1.High stability: The decomposition temperature is greater than 300 oC, and it will not decompose before entering the riser, which can mix well with the raw oil.2.It is a water-soluble real solution: It is a real solution that is miscible with water and does not precipitate in the heated section before mixing with the raw oil, so there will be no pipeline blockage during the filling process.3.Good dispersibility and high activity: Organic metal compounds adsorbed on catalysts decompose to form high surface area metal oxides, achieving the goal of efficiently capturing toxic metals.
