A vacuum oven is an ideal choice for removing residual moisture, solvents, or other volatile compounds from thermal sensitive products. Essentially, they remove unwanted molecules by reducing the pressure inside the oven (creating a vacuum). When the oven pressure reaches the required vapor pressure for pollutants, these molecules evaporate, become steam, and are removed from all areas of the product. This drying process eliminates the need for overheating. High temperature vacuum furnaces are commonly used for thermosensitive and fragile products. These ovens are widely used in lithium batteries (including pouch batteries, button batteries, cylindrical batteries, etc.), semiconductors, microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), and the electronics industry.Machine Features1. Fully enclosed heating channels utilize a breathing heating process for high efficiency, energy efficiency, and precise temperature control.2. Each of the four ovens is individually controlled, allowing for individual settings for total baking time, cycle time, vacuuming time, and drying time. After setting the parameters, press the auto button to enter the automatic baking process. When the baking time is reached, the machine automatically shuts down. If the temperature exceeds the safe temperature, an alarm sounds, a red indicator lights up, and heating stops automatically. An alarm message is also displayed on the screen.Configuration1.
