Product Description Coating process requirements1. The coating operation should be carried out under the environmental conditions of 5~35oC and relative humidity below 80%, and the surface temperature of the substrate should be higher than the dew point temperature by more than 3oC.2. Before coating, the surface of the substrate should be dusted and cleaned; the paint should be stirred evenly before spraying. When coating, airless (air) spraying, rolling, brushing and other methods can be used. In order to obtain better coating quality, high-pressure airless spraying is recommended.For edges, corners, cuts and other parts, a layer of paint should usually be sprayed first, and then fully coated according to process requirements.3. The coating film thickness should be strictly controlled to ensure that 90% of the measured points reach the specified thickness. For the measured points that do not reach the film thickness, the film should reach more than 90% of the specified value.4. According to different coating forms, if necessary, an appropriate amount of deionized water/tap water can be added to dilute and adjust the paint viscosity for coating, but the amount added shall not exceed 10% of the coating amount.5. When applying composite coating (primer plus topcoat), first check whether the primer is completely dry. Topcoat can only be applied after the primer is completely dry (or according to the primer matching requirements); during the coating interval, the surface must be clean, dry and free of pollutants; if the primer and topcoat are products of different manufacturers, a matching test should be done first, and construction can only be carried out after confirming that they are qualified and there are no problems;6. When the designed film thickness is high, the designed film thickness can be achieved through multiple layers of construction; when multiple layers are applied, pay more attention to the state of the paint film coating.The second layer of coating must be applied after the previous layer is completely dry. The surface drying time of one coat at room temperature is 0.5-2 hours.7. The paint film coating should be protected within 96 hours after spraying to avoid contact with any water (liquid substances) to avoid affecting the coating quality.8. Since this product is a two-component product, the paint should be mixed according to the actual usage demand. The prepared working paint must be used up within 2 hours in summer and within 4 hours in winter. If the paint exceeds the applicable period, the viscosity of the paint will increase, gelling until it is completely solidified. In this case, even if the paint is applied forcefully, the physical properties such as adhesion and corrosion resistance will be affected. Therefore, we recommend that the amount of paint be appropriately mixed according to the production situation.Coating performance test conditions1. Product performance test (based on the actual dry paint film coating);2. General basic performance: gloss, test after actual dry; hardness impact resistance, bending flexibility and adhesion test, after actual dry, it should be placed in a constant temperature and humidity chamber (temperature 23±2oC/humidity 50±5%) for at least 24 hours before testing;3. Initial test: Water resistance test: dripping test 4 hours after paint film spraying;4. Long-term test: neutral salt spray resistance and water resistance test: the paint film coating is cured for 7 days after actual dryness, and it needs to be placed in a constant temperature and humidity chamber (temperature 23±2oC/humidity 50±5%) for at least 16 hours before testing;Storage and transportation1. It must be stored in accordance with national regulations; the storage environment should be dry, cool, well ventilated, prevent direct sunlight, and stay away from heat and fire sources. The packaging container must be kept sealed; handle carefully; the effective storage period is 6 months from the date of production. After the storage period, it must be inspected and qualified before use.2. During transportation, the product should avoid being squeezed, and should be protected from severe cold, rain, sun exposure and other harsh environments, and should comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department.Health and Safety1. Please read the safety notices and product instructions on the container packaging in detail. Use under well-ventilated conditions. When spraying, you must protect your respiratory organs from damage by the spray, avoid inhaling paint mist, and avoid contact between skin and eyes and this type of product. It is best to wear a ventilated mask, safety goggles and protective gloves; if accidentally splashed on the skin, rinse immediately with appropriate detergent, soap and water. If accidentally enters the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical treatment immediately.2. The construction site must be well ventilated. When constructing in narrow or airless places, strong ventilation must be provided.3. The construction site must be equipped with certain fire prevention and firefighting equipment.4. This product should not flow into the sewage system.5. The color may vary slightly from batch to batch. It may fade, turn white, and powder after being weathered under direct exposure to sunlight and weathering for a period of time beyond the product protection period.Disclaimer1.
