Product Description Product DescriptionSAE 100 R7 Thermoplastic Hydraulic Hose:SAE 100R7 is a thermoplastic elastomer hydraulic hose used for medium-pressure applications. It is typically used to convey petroleum-based fluids, water-based fluids, liquefied petroleum gas, fuels, and liquid transfer in low to medium-pressure hydraulic systems. It applies to various industries such as construction, mining, agriculture, shipbuilding, machinery, automotive, and aerospace. Due to its good chemical stability and wear resistance, SAE 100R7 is also commonly used for hydraulic transmission in high-temperature environments.FEATURES:1. The resin hose is made of special synthetic rubber, which has excellent oil resistance, heat resistance and aging resistance.2. The resin hose has high pressure and excellent pulse performance.3.The tube body is tightly combined, soft in use, and small in deformation under pressure.4. Resin hose has excellent bending resistance and fatigue resistance.5. The length of the steel wire wound resin hose is 20 meters, and it can be made within 50 meters according to the requirements. The tube is made from high quality hydraulic fluids resistant thermoplastic, making the hose widely used for the delivery of hydraulic fluids. The reinforcement is made from suitable synthetic fiber. The cover is made from weather and hydraulic fluids resistant thermoplastic, making the hose have longer service life. SAE 100 R8 hose shall consist of a thermoplastic(such as nylon, polyurethane, or polyester) inner tube resistant to hydraulic fluids with suitable synthetic fiber reinforcement, and a hydraulic fluid and weather resistant thermoplastic cover.
