Product Description High Temperature Honeycomb Ceramic Monolith Heat Storage Exchanger ceramic substrates block for RTOThe monolithic honeycomb ceramic exchanger produced by Sanhe Ceramics Co., Ltd. in Pingxiang , Jiangxi Province adopts advanced molding technology and high-temperature sintering technology, and has the characteristics of large specific surface area, high heat exchange efficiency, and strong thermal shock resistance. The internal honeycomb structure of the heat storage body is uniform and dense, and has the advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and long life. It can be widely used in waste heat recovery systems in industrial kilns, waste gas treatment and other fields.  Advantages and characteristics1. High specific surface area design: honeycomb regular pore structure provides a larger specific surface area, optimizes airflow distribution, and enhances the heat exchange efficiency between the heat storage body and the medium.2. Excellent thermal shock resistance: adopts high-temperature sintering technology and special formula to withstand rapid cooling and heating conditions, and reduce the risk of material loss caused by drastic temperature changes.3. High temperature and corrosion resistance: The material is stable and can adapt to high temperature environments above 1000oC for a long time, and has good corrosion resistance to acidic and alkaline exhaust gases.4. Efficient heat recovery capability: The low flow resistance design of the honeycomb channel, combined with the rapid heat storage/release characteristics, helps the industrial waste heat recovery system to achieve heat energy recycling.5. Packaging requirements: moisture-proof and shock-proof packaging is used. It is recommended to use wooden frames or pallets to fix them to avoid collision and breakage during transportation; the outer packaging must be clearly marked with "fragile" and "upward" signs, and product specifications and batch information must be attached.2. Transportation specifications: During transportation, the goods must be stably fixed to avoid severe bumps or high-altitude falls; it is prohibited to mix with corrosive chemicals, and the whole process must be protected from rain, moisture, and exposure.3. Storage conditions: It should be stored in a dry and ventilated indoor environment to avoid direct contact with the ground. It is recommended to use pallets to raise it; during long-term storage, the integrity of the packaging must be checked regularly, and the stacking height should not exceed 2 layers to prevent the bottom from being compressed and damaged.4. Instructions for use: Before installation, check whether the surface of the heat storage body is intact and free of cracks. It is strictly forbidden to use damaged products; pre-drying treatment must be carried out according to process requirements for the first use to avoid thermal stress cracking caused by rapid cooling and heating; flue gas temperature, composition and pressure difference must be monitored during operation to avoid long-term overheating or overload.Technical and service support1.
