Boron nitride ceramics have excellent high temperature resistance.The use temperature is 1800 degrees under vacuum, and the use temperature is 2100 degrees under the protection of atmosphere (nitrogen, argon and other inert gases). The boron nitride ceramic has a high thermal conductivity, strong thermal shock resistance, and does not crack when quenched at 1500 degrees. It is taken out of the furnace at a temperature of 1000 degrees for 20 minutes, and then blown and quenched for hundreds of times without cracking.
