Product Description CERAMIC SANDINTRODUCTIONCeramic sand is a product used for shot peening in the production and maintenance of metal components. It is made through a unique process formula, special production technology and pre-treatment, and is produced by a method of high-temperature phase stabilization above 2000 degrees. It is particularly suitable for shot peening in the production and maintenance of metal components, as well as shot forming of light alloy components. Thanks to its extremely fine microstructure, ceramic beads have excellent impact resistance and toughness. They have a particularly high hardness and smooth surface, can be repeatedly recycled, have a high utilization rate, and are 15-20 times higher than glass beads. They have a wide particle size range, strong selectivity, and can be used in conjunction with various types of sandblasting machines.1.
