It is a asphalt softening point measuring instrument with high degree of automation, fast and convenient test, accurate and reliable test results.Working principle of instrument: heat the solution medium through the heating tube, stir it through the magnetic stirrer to make the temperature in the beaker uniform, and the controller uses the interpolation algorithm to control the output to make the medium rise linearly according to 5oC/min. The asphalt in the test ring begins to soften slowly during the heating process. When the softening temperature point is reached, the asphalt in the sample ring drops slowly under the action of steel ball gravity.
