This flows into the transition vessel and subsequently into the holding furnace. The molten copper then reaches the crystallizer, solidifying into copper rods. These rods are vertically drawn by the traction device, advancing to the output frame. They proceed to the wire separating frame to prevent entanglement, then to the automatic tracking device that manages coiling speed. Finally, the rods are coiled and prepared for the next processing phase.Our Advantagesa. Achieve superior quality with copper rods containing an oxygen content of less than 10ppm.b. It includes cooling water inlet and backwater thermometers, pressure gauges, and valves for both the coil and water jacket devices.f. Furnaces come with digital temperature displays, along with protection and alarm features such as overload, overvoltage, grounding, water over-temperature, and water under-voltage. The electric controls for the melting and holding furnaces operate independently from the unit's overall control system.g. The adjustable crystallizer size and stainless steel (304) construction ensure durability. The cooling water distribution device is fully equipped with thermometers, pressure gauges, and valves for optimal performance.h. Traction machine control programs are customizable to meet process requirements, eliminating slip between the casting billet and traction device. Synchronous transmission of the casting strip is ensured by an AC frequency conversion servo motor.i.
