Product Description Product DescriptionHYDRAULIC CONTROL LINEThe STARSE Seamless control lines are used in SCSSV, Chemical Injection, and Advanced Well Completions.Whatever the requirement for the supply of control lines and chemical injection lines, STARSE can supply a quick and effective solution whether the order is for straightforward, cut-to-length lines or a group of lines, encapsulated, flushed and filled, supplied on customer's reels and delivered directly to the site.Seamless (floating plug drawn and annealed) and encapsulated design. Material Selection Incoloy-825 is high strength, excellent fabricability, easily welded, and very corrosion resistant. Good resistance to sulfuric, hydrochloric, phosphoric, nitric, and organic acids. Also good in alkalis/salts/seawater and chloride cracking environments.Associated fittings for terminations to be included.Encapsulation material Thermoplastic.The maximum hardness can be B85.Pre-flush with control-line hydraulic fluid.
