Product Description Graphite Petroleum Coke GPC for Steel Making and ductile iron Product introductionThe graphitized petroleum coke produced, nitrogen content is less than 100PPM, sulfur content less than 0.01%.The low sulfur and low nitrogen graphitized is made of calcined petroleum coke as raw material, then going through fully graphitization of the continuous graphitization process under the high temperature of minimum 2800oC . Afterwards, through crushing, screening and classification, we supply our users with the different particle size between 0-50mm at the customers' request.The produced graphitized petroleum coke/GPC overcomes the traditional Acheson furnace product unstable weaknesses, becomes the first choice of many production enterprises, such as high-end wind power castings, auto motive castings production enterprise, nuclear power casting, etc. It is widely used in the special smelting and foundry casting process, especially meeting the strict requirement of low sulphur and nitrogen content in the ductile iron and grey iron casting industry. It is also used as absorbent of heavy metal in the wastewater treatment system and the raw material of graphite cathode in the aluminum electrolysis cell.Applications1. The production of low sulphur and low nitrogen graphitized petroleum coke is mainly located in Inner Mongolia and Gansu province, where we can supply all kinds of graphitized petroleum coke and half graphitized petroleum coke with different sizes and specifications, our annual production of such material is 300,000 tons. Our silicon carbide products are produced in Gansu, where we mainly provide the 90% SIC and 98% SIC as well as other grades of silicon carbide, annual capacity of this material is 60,000tons. In addition, to match our export business, we build two screening factories with capacity of 100000 tons per year in Tianjin, where is very to near to Xingang port, so we can send our material to the port conveniently and timely.
