Product Description Oxygen Lance PipePlain oxygen lance pipeCeramic coated oxygen lance pipeCalorized oxygen lance pipeCeramic coated and calorized oxygen lance pipeWelded tube and seamless tube is available.Oxygen lance pipe is mainly used for oxygen injection into electric arc furnace.During the steelmaking process, a desired carbon content is attained by injecting oxygen into the molten metals. This process is used in blast furnaces, basic oxygen furnaces. Induction and electric furnaces lance pipes are used for opening furnace tap holes, cleaning ladle well blocks, unclogging tundish nozzles, cutting ferrous materials, etc. In short, oxygen lance pipes also could be used for powder injection, tap hole cleaning and opening nozzles in ladles, tundishes.Supply range:1. Diameter: From 3/8" to1-1/2" for your choice2. Length: From 2.5 meters to 5.5 meters (customized)3. Coating: 6.5mm-7.4mm ;7.5-9.5mm (customized)
