Product Description Product DescriptionGH4180 is a nickel-based age-hardening alloy with outstanding high-temperature strength and excellent corrosion resistance, especially excelling in resistance to sulfidation, high-temperature carburizing and complex stress corrosion environments. This alloy demonstrates excellent creep resistance and endurance strength in high-temperature environments, with mechanical stability maintained up to 900°C, ensuring its reliability under extreme temperature cycling and long-term thermal exposure conditions. GH4180 is widely used in the aerospace field, covering high-temperature load-bearing components of aero engines (such as turbine blades, combustion chamber bushings, and guide vane assemblies), thrust chamber structures of rocket engines, and key hot-end components of nuclear reactors (such as control rod drive mechanisms and core support structures).
