Product Description Product DescriptionCentrifugal fan is mainly composed of rotor (impeller, shaft) and stator parts(casing, inlet box, air inlet) and damper;accessories such as motor, hydraulic coupling, actuator and so on; and control & monitoring system. Centrifugal fan products designed and manufactured by us are divided into various types of structures, such as motor direct connection, belt transmission, coupling transmission and so on. Partial transmission types can be designed as double suction. Product Features :1. Adopting advanced model stage and using professional CFD technology, the fan is of high efficiency, low noise, wide high efficiency range by the optimization of impeller and flow channel.2. CAE tools are applied for the verification of strength and stiffness to ensure the smooth reliable operation of fans.3. By optimization, the fan is reasonably structured and easy for installation and maintenance.4. Adopting various materials, and applying different technologies, we can provide fans used for many working conditions, such as anti-abrasion, high temperature resistance, anti-corrosion, tight seal and so on. Performance Range :Centrifugal fan: The series products adopt the technology of German Pollrich and combine the research results from some famous universities such as Xi'an Jiaotong University, Tsinghua University and so on. Its performance range can meet all demands in the market. The products can be divided into 21 series, with the available flow rate of 200~200000 m3 /h, and pressure of 550~30000Pa. Main Application :1. Metallurgy industry: blast and induced draft fan, special fans for various process such as sintering main exhaust fan, pellet fan, high speed wire rod fan, waste heat recovery main fan, and so on;2.
