Product Description Product DescriptionHigh wear-resistant assembled tungsten carbide classifying wheel The classifying wheel is the core component of the airflow mill and classifier, which is specially used for powder particle size sorting. The classifying wheel is generally made of the following materials: stainless steel, carbon steel, ceramic, silicon nitride, tungsten carbide. The tungsten carbide classifying wheel is mainly used for classification in specific material industries due to its high hardness, high purity, minimal wear, good impact resistance, and not easy to deform. The grading wheel includes a front flange, a rear flange, a plurality of blades, and an air sealing plate. The blades are fixedly connected to the front flange and the rear flange respectively. The air sealing plate is provided with an annular groove, and the rear end of the blade is inserted into the annular groove. There is a feed gap between adjacent blades, and a cavity is formed on the inner side of the plurality of blades. The rear end of the blade has a radially enlarged blade tail, and the rotational linear velocity of the blade tail is greater than the rotational linear velocity of the blade part at its front end. Therefore, the airflow formed by the rotation of the blade tail can block the powder outside the blade tail, so that the material powder must enter the discharge pipe from the feed gap through the rotation of the blade. Our company accepts non-standard customization of other tungsten carbide wear-resistant parts for pulverizers, such as blades, hammers, gear rings, liners, nozzles, and pulverizing discs; zero metal pollution, meeting high-purity material requirements.
