Product Description Product DescriptionSilicon insulating brick is another name for lightweight silica brick. Silica-rich light refractories with bulkdensities of 1.2 g/cm3 and a silica concentration of > 91%. The load softening temperature and refractorinessare comparable to those of ordinary silica brick. The compressive strength, slag resistance, and corrosionresistance are, however, inferior to those of regular silica brick due to the abundance of pores, while thethermal shock resistance is enhanced.The critical particle size in lightweight silica brick when using fine silica as the raw material is typically lessthan 1 mm, and the percentage of particles less than 0.5 mm is more than 90%.
