Here, it transforms into molten copper, which is then guided to the transition vessel and subsequently to the holding furnace. The molten copper advances to the crystallizer, where it crystallizes into a copper rod. This rod undergoes upward traction via the traction device and proceeds to the output frame. To prevent entanglement, the copper rod is directed to the wire separating frame. Next, it moves to the automatic tracking device, which expertly controls the wire coiling speed, and finally, to the coiling machine where it is artfully coiled for subsequent processing.Our Advantagesa. Enhanced with digital displays, the melting and holding furnaces feature protection and alarm functions against overload, over voltage, grounding, and water-related issues, with electric controls independently managed from the overall unit.g. The adjustable crystallizer size allows for tailored production needs, while the stainless steel (304) cooling water distribution system is equipped with essential monitoring tools for precision and durability.h. The traction machine's control program is customizable to process requirements, ensuring no slip between the casting billet and traction device. AC frequency conversion servo motors guarantee synchronous transmission of the casting strip.i.
