Here, it transforms into molten copper, which is then guided to the transition vessel and subsequently to the holding furnace. The molten copper advances to the crystallizer, where it crystallizes into a copper rod. This rod undergoes upward traction via the traction device and proceeds to the output frame. To prevent entanglement, the copper rod is directed to the wire separating frame. Next, it moves to the automatic tracking device, which expertly controls the wire coiling speed, and finally, to the coiling machine where it is artfully coiled for subsequent processing.Our Advantagesa.
