Calcination occurs in either a rotary or vertical kiln, converting dolomite into high-quality calcined white. This is then intricately blended with ferrosilicon and fluorite powders, forming a perfect composite, placed into a heat-resistant stainless steel reduction tank, and subjected to reduction in a furnace at temperatures reaching 1200-1250°C with a vacuum of 1.33Pa.
