As you know this will be hard to handle, surely some extra costs added.Q7: How do you control your qaulity?A: From start of material puchasing we already have our first controlling of the quality, then before mass production we assign two masters to finish the pre-production samples, when mass production, they will keep an eye on every procedure to keep they are with right sewing. Once we finished the covers, 6 skilled workers to check whether they are sewed well. After pp cotton stuffed, 8 skilled workers to shape the shapes, check the quality again, before packing into cartons, there will be still 2-4 skilled workers to check again, then packed to be delivered.Q8: What about the shippment?A: We always do FOB/CIF/DDU/express trade terms. We do have our own agent, then CIF can be your choice, if you had your own forwarder, then FOB can be done.Shipping can be by sea/air/express, it is your call.By sea taking 30-40days around to your sea portBy air taking 5-7days to your air portBy express taking 5days around to your address.
