A: We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship via your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to us, we will ship with our account. It takes about 3- 5days to arrive at your hand.9. Q: Can I make my own design? A: Of course you can. Q: How much is the sample setup cost if I make my own design? A: For samples with normal silk printing, we charge usd40.00 per design and offer 2pcs samples; For samples with other kinds of printing, cost will be offered upon your detailed requirements.11. Q: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design? A: you can provide AI, CRD or PDF, JPG, etc. if you can also offer physical sample , that will be great!12. Q: How long is your production lead time? A: 40-60days after PP sample approved.13. Q: How do you deliver the goods?
