The waste plastic is crushed into small particles by a plastic crusher to facilitate melting.2. Stir, mixer. Add waste plastic and sand to the mixer in a certain proportion, then add cement and additives. Turn on the mixer to ensure that the raw materials are mixed evenly.3. Heating and melting: Transport the mixed materials to the heater and heat them to an appropriate temperature to melt the plastic and mix it well with other materials.4. Cool the brickwork through a water or air cooling system to lower its temperature and bring it to room temperature.6. Demolding: Utilize the lower ejector cylinder function of the hydraulic press to push the cooled brick blank out of the mold.7.
