Production ProcessRaw Materials: High-quality natural gypsum is ground into powder. Additives (modified starch, retarders, foaming agents, water reducers) are precisely proportioned. High-strength, water-resistant facing paper is used.Mixing: Slurry (starch, retarders, pulp, water) is blended and stored. Foaming agent mixed with water is heated (>35°C) and stored. Gypsum powder and accelerators are stored in silos. All materials are automatically metered and mixed in a mixer, with ratios adjusted to production speed for mass production.Molding & Setting: Facing papers feed into a forming machine. Slurry is poured onto the lower paper, extruded into boards, then set. Cut to lengths (2400mm, 3000mm, etc.), spaced, and sent to dryers.Drying: Fuel-oil furnaces heat air via exchangers. A two-zone dryer prevents over/under-drying, ensuring efficiency and eco-friendliness.Finishing: Boards are trimmed, edge-wrapped, stacked, inspected, and packaged.2.
