Product Description Machinery system Horizontal type of forming machine Our improvement on horizontal mould car 1. The ribs are added on the outside to ensure the flatness of the wallboard.2. The welding process has been improved to ensure that the welding will not be carried out and the strength of the welding is strengthened.3. The position of the upper and lower molding table is improved, and it is level with the partition and easy to operate.4.As shown in the figure, one side is fixed by a steel pipe and the other side is supported. This prevents the blocking plates on both sides from inclined when changing the length.5.The upper screw comparision , the screw is changed into the handle, the left picture is the old-style blue screw. The screw is needed for fixing. The picture on the right is the updated one. It is pressed directly with the handle, which makes the installation more convenient and quick. Different forming method First forming method If the mould car is fixed ,there are two different way for casting , the first method :After mixing ,casting the slurry into the second storage hopper .The mobile pouring car will carry the second storage hopper and pumping system move to the mould car along running rail.then the workers pouring/casting the slurry into the mould car ,it will take around 7 to 10 minutes . ,after pouring ,the panel need curring in the mould car for 8 hours .Second forming method If build a walking frame above the mould car , the secondary storage hopper will move along the frame and pour the slurry into the mould car, after pouring ,the workers will scrape the slurry flat with scraper and then curing the panel in the mould car for 8 hours .Third forming method If the mould car quantity more than 15sets ,then we adivse mould car movible ,after mixing ,pouring the slurry into the second storage silo ,then pouring into the mould car ,and the workers will scrap the slurry flat using scraper after that , the mould car will move to the curing area by PLC control the move and the convesion device change the direction . there curing 8 hours . Automtic demould system Introduce : it include two parts automatic opening and closing machine and automatic demoulding machine .
