Hongfa Artificial Quartz Stone Production Line is composed of batching system - mixing system - material feeding system - pressing system - curing system - polishing system.The equipment produced by our Hongfa company has the feature of low failure rate, low resin content and high speed, so it can reducing production costs effectively.Hongfa Machinery's excellent quartz stone production line uses multiple high-frequency oseillators under vacuum status to stabilize pressure synthesis,in the technical process,medium temperature drying tower curing is used, thequartz stones produced by this production line features low gel content, densetexture, and free from air pores. 1.Raw material system in the artificial quartz stone slab production line(1).
