Cement mills have the characteristics of strong adaptability to materials, continuous production, large crushing ratio, and easy adjustment of the fineness of the ground products. The cement ball mill can be used for both dry and wet production, and it can also perform grinding and drying operations simultaneously. Working PrincipleThe materials are evenly fed into the first chamber of the ball mill through the feeding device and the hollow shaft spiral. This chamber is equipped with step liners or corrugated liners and contains steel balls of different specifications. As the cylinder rotates, the steel balls are lifted to a certain height by the centrifugal force and then fall, exerting impact and grinding on the materials. After the materials are roughly ground in the first chamber, they pass through a single-layer partition plate into the second chamber, which is lined with flat liners and contains steel balls to further grind the materials. The powder is discharged through the discharge grate, completing the grinding operation.The main working part of the ball mill for grinding materials takes place on the horizontally low-speed rotating cylinder. When the cylinder is driven to rotate by the transmission device, the grinding media, due to the effect of inertial centrifugal force, adhere to the liner surface on the inner wall of the mill cylinder and rotate together with it. After being lifted to a certain height, they fall freely under the action of gravity. At this time, the grinding media crush the materials inside the cylinder. At the same time, in the rotating mill, in addition to the cyclic movement of rising and falling, the grinding media will also slide and roll, causing grinding between the grinding media, the liner and the material to be ground, thus grinding the material finely.
