Product DescriptionProduct DescriptionWorking PrincipleAfter autoclave curing, the aerated concrete blocks remain bonded together at the wire cutting seams. The demoulding separator is a critical piece of equipment in AAC production lines, designed to separate these bonded blocks for subsequent automated packaging.Through precise mechanical operation, the separator cleaves the green body according to predefined dimensions and requirements, ensuring each block is cleanly separated without adhesion. The separator's splitting frame clamps the upper and lower layers of blocks via hydraulic cylinders. These upper and lower splitting frames are then lifted 25mm apart by hydraulic cylinders, forcibly separating the two bonded layers.The separator features an intelligent hydraulic pressure regulating system that automatically adjusts the clamping pressure and splitting pressure based on the compressive strength of the blocks.1.High-Precision Demoulding Control (High Separation Yield)The hydraulic system automatically adjusts clamping pressure based on block strength, ensuring uniform, reliable clamping force and precise separation. This guarantees demoulding quality and dimensional accuracy without breakage. The separator automatically separates each layer of autoclave-bonded blocks, preventing product damage, reducing scrap/reject rates, and ensuring stable packaging line operation.2.Operational Stability & Vibration ControlThe splitting frame remains fixed (no vertical movement). The green body is lifted by hydraulic cylinders equipped with guiding mechanisms and rack-and-pinion synchronization, ensuring zero vibration during separation.3.Deformation-Resistant Splitting FrameThe frame features central lengthwise reinforcement. Utilizing larger frame specifications, increased plate thickness, and Q355 structural steel ensures exceptional rigidity for long-term dimensional stability.4.Adaptive Clamping Force AdjustmentClamping force is freely adjustable based on block strength grade. The system automatically ceases pressure once the preset force is reached, ensuring safe separation of blocks with varying strengths.5.Adjustable Demoulding ParametersSeparation speed, stroke, and force are fully adjustable to match production needs. Application Scope of AAC BlocksA:AAC blocks are suitable for internal and external infill walls above ground level (±0.000) in various buildings, and for internal infill walls below ground level (except walls with special requirements).AAC blocks should not be laid directly on floor slabs or the ground. For wall bases frequently subjected to wet-dry cycles (e.g., bathrooms, terraces, external balconies, locations under external wall-mounted AC brackets), a C20 plain concrete wall footing with the same width as the wall and a height of at least 0.2m should be cast.
