Product Description HF Thermal Insulation AAC Brick Making Machine Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Blocks for Construction Materials with Fast Speed BuildWhat is AAC Block?AAC Block is aerated autoclaved concrete block which it is an aerated concrete block produced through high temperature autoclaving equuipment.What are the autoclaved aerated concrete blocks used for?Aerated Concrete Blocks are mainly suitable for exterior wall filling and internal wall partitioning of frame structure buildings, they can also be used for exterior walls or thermal insulation composite walls of multi-story buildings with earthquake resistant ring beams.they can also be used for heat perservation and insulation of building roofs.What are the Characteristics of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks? 1)Lightness and cost-effective,the bulk weight of aac block is generally equivalent to 1/5 of solid clay bricks and 1/4 of concrete.Therefore, the use of aac block as wall materials can greatly reduce the weight of the building and save building materials and engeineering costs.2)Thermal insulation,the interior of the aac block contains a large number of air bubbles and micropores, which have good thermal insulation properties.3)Fast construction speed,each aac blocksize is general equivalent to 10 clay bricks,and the construction speed is more than 3 times than of clay bricks.4)Fire resistance,the aac block refractory temperature is as high as 1000oC-1200oC,it is a first-class refractory material.In addition, aac blocks have the advantage of sound absorption,durability,water seepage resistance,and easy processability. How to produce aac lightweight blocks? (1)Raw Materials Storage, the raw material-sand,cement,quick lime,gypsum and Aluminum paste should be stored separately and transport them to the suitable area ready for production. 2)Raw material dealing section,put sand or fly ash to the ball mill or slurry mixer and mix with water to grind into slurry. then by the conveyor belt or screw conveyor after mixing, the slurry will be pumped into the slurry storage tank.3) Batching,Mixing and Pouring,slurry,cement,quick lime and aluminum power will measured and mixed together in the pouring mixer,after mixing,it will be casted into the mould box. if producing panel,also need to prepare the steel cage for the panel production.4)Pre-curing and Cutting,the slurry in mould box will stay 3 hours in the precuring room,then demoulding crane will take the cake for cutting,the cake will be cut by steel cutting wire and become pieces of blocks or panels.5)Autoclaving,after cutting,the cakes will go into the autoclave for steaming, and the steaming time is around 8-10 hours,if panel product will take longer time because of its big size.6)Finishing product dealing,after 8-10 hours,the products will be pulled out of autoclave,finished products can be separate by separator,then, all products will be delivered to unloading conveyor line for packing, finally all products will be delivered to storage yard for storage and selling.If you have sucessful case for the AAC block production line?
