In the normal welding mode, broaches do not work. After welding, the window frame is transported to the corner cleaning unit for corner cleaning.3. In the broach cleaning mode, the upper and lower knives adopt the micro-slit welding mode, and then the broach cuts off the upper and lower welding slag to form a 1-3 mm gap (the gap width of 1-3 mm can be customized)4. The broaching cleaning mode not only achieves the micro-seam welding effect and beautiful window corners, but also has the same corner strength as the ordinary welding mode.
